Questions
They don't have a wallet. Now what?+
The coins just wait. When they come to claim, we walk them through setting up Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. Takes about a minute, and they don't need any SOL.
What if they never claim it?+
You picked a deadline when sending. Once it passes, hit Refund in History and the full amount comes back.
How do gift links work?+
The link has a secret key at the end. Whoever has it can claim, so treat it like cash in an envelope. The secret part stays in your browser and never touches our server. Lost the link? Refund after the deadline.
How do I find someone's Discord ID?+
Discord → Settings → Advanced → turn on Developer Mode. Then right-click them → Copy User ID. Names change, the ID doesn't.
What are the fees?+
1% to us, never more than what you saw before signing. Plus the Solana network fee (under a cent) and a tiny SOL deposit that pays for their claim. If you refund, the deposit comes back too.
Can I send from Ethereum, Base or BSC?+
Yep, in two steps. Move your funds to Solana on the Bridge page (it runs on LI.FI), then send. They can bridge out after claiming too.
Is there a limit?+
For now, yes. During early access each transfer has a cap, you'll see it on the Send page. We'll raise it after an outside audit.
